Press movement shall be controlled and monitored in the individual fixture push-button box or panel view per AZ Automotive program manager.
Counterbalance cylinders shall be sized to support 100% of platen and tooling mass at 60 PSI.
The presses must be leveled and checked for parallelism. Mounting surfaces of upper and lower platen must be parallel within .001 per foot in any direction. Total deviation must not exceed .010 overall in any direction.
The Supplier will furnish cost for all air and hydraulic cylinders for the presses. This will include (2) spares of each type of cylinder for each of the presses.
The Supplier shall furnish cost for (2) spares of each type of bearing, bushing, rack, gear and cam follower for each press and ship them to the receiving plant.
The Supplier shall remove upper crowns of 4-post presses for shipment.
Provide 4-Post type fixtures with stationary floodlights and an on/off switch, which shall provide adequate lighting to facilitate maintenance.
Supplier shall supply long lead spare parts list to AZ Automotive at 100% design approval.
